How aiblogkit.com is designed to handle account, content, support, and website data.

1. Scope
This policy describes the information AI Blog Kit LLC may collect when people visit the website, create an account, use the product, or contact support. The current static demonstration does not operate a production database or transmit generator content to an AI provider.
2. Information you provide
In production, this may include name, email address, company, account credentials, billing contact details, support messages, workspace settings, prompts, drafts, and uploaded material. Payment card details should be collected directly by a compliant payment processor and not stored by AI Blog Kit.
3. Information collected automatically
Production services may collect device and browser information, approximate region, IP address, pages viewed, referring page, product events, error logs, security signals, and cookie preferences. The static demo uses browser localStorage for theme, consent, generated history, settings, and simulated account data.
4. How information may be used
- Provide, secure, and improve the service
- Authenticate users and enforce plan limits
- Respond to support and business inquiries
- Process subscriptions through approved providers
- Detect abuse, fraud, and technical problems
- Meet legal obligations and enforce agreements
- Send product communications where permitted
5. AI providers and subprocessors
A production version may send the minimum necessary prompt content to selected AI infrastructure providers through a secure backend. Vendor names, locations, retention, training settings, and contractual protections must be documented before launch. Users should not submit sensitive or regulated information unless the service explicitly supports it.
6. Legal bases and choices
Depending on location, processing may rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation. Users may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. Identity verification may be required before completing a request.
7. Retention and security
Information should be retained only for documented operational, contractual, security, and legal periods. Production controls should include encryption in transit, password hashing, least-privilege access, secret management, audit logging, backups, incident response, and vendor review. No online service can promise absolute security.
8. International transfers and children
Service providers may process information in multiple countries under appropriate transfer mechanisms. The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their location.
9. Changes
Material updates should be posted with a revised effective date and, where required, communicated through account or email notices.
