Terms of Service
The rules for accessing and using AI Blog Kit products, websites, and demo features.
Effective date: July 27, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
By using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can enter a binding agreement for yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, limiting access to authorized users, and activity under your account. Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, deceive people, distribute malware, evade safeguards, conduct unauthorized surveillance, generate unlawful content, overload systems, resell access without permission, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service.
4. Content and responsibility
You retain rights you hold in content submitted to the service. You grant AI Blog Kit the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the service. You are responsible for reviewing generated output, securing necessary rights, verifying facts, making required disclosures, and deciding whether publication is appropriate.
5. AI output limitations
Generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to existing material, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Output is not professional legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. AI Blog Kit does not guarantee uniqueness, search ranking, traffic, revenue, or business results.
6. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Production pricing, limits, renewal terms, taxes, trials, refunds, and cancellation rules must be shown at checkout. Paid access may be suspended for failed payments. The current static site does not process transactions.
7. Intellectual property
The service, brand, interface, documentation, and underlying software are owned by AI Blog Kit LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights. Feedback may be used without obligation, provided it does not include confidential information.
8. Availability and termination
Features may change to improve security, performance, compliance, or usability. Access may be limited or terminated for material breach, risk, nonpayment, or legal necessity. Reasonable export options should be documented for production customers where applicable.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Liability limits, exclusions, governing law, dispute process, and mandatory consumer rights must be finalized by qualified counsel for the company’s actual jurisdiction before launch.
